All content, features, and functionality on OmniGig—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of OmniGig and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

OmniGig and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We provide services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
